The project is an upgrading part of the Addis Ababa – Lemi – Alem Ketema – Degolo – Gashena – Lalibela – Sekota- Agebe – Adawa road. It is constructed to asphalt concrete surfacing road.

- 5.8km long town sections
Special Features
- Geophysical [refraction + resistivity] and drilling investigation at the land slide prone areas to mitigate and optimize the design at the sections
